These Terms of Service govern use of aisoftwaredev.io and inquiries submitted through this site. Project-specific terms (deliverables, IP, payment, indemnities) are governed by the Master Services Agreement signed before any engagement begins.
1. Use of this website
The content on aisoftwaredev.io is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate but make no representations about its completeness, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Inquiries and proposals
Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, by email, or by booking a discovery call does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A formal engagement begins only after a Master Services Agreement and a signed Statement of Work are in place.
3. Confidentiality
Information you share during a discovery call or in pre-engagement correspondence is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it externally or use it outside of evaluating fit for an engagement, except as required by law.
4. Engagement terms
Project deliverables, payment terms, IP assignment, and limitation of liability are defined in the executed MSA and each Statement of Work. Standard terms include:
- IP assignment to the customer for all engagement work product, on creation. Customer owns the source code, documentation, and resulting models.
- AISD retains rights to reusable patterns and internal tooling — flagged explicitly during scoping.
- Mutual confidentiality NDAs. Customer data is never used to train external models.
- Standard limitation of liability tied to fees paid in the most recent 12 months, subject to negotiation per engagement.
5. No warranties on AI outputs
AI systems we build are designed for production reliability with eval harnesses, guardrails, and observability. They are not infallible. Customers are responsible for human review of consequential actions (refunds, coverage decisions, clinical notes), per the practices outlined on our security page.
6. Privacy
Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect existing engagements are coordinated via contract amendment, not via website updates.
